During a Sound Healing/Sound Bath, participants lie down or sit comfortably. The Certified Sound Practitioner plays a combination of specific instruments, such as Himilayan bowls, Crystal bowls, Drums, Rainstick, Chimes, etc. and even voice. The music, tones and mesmerizing sonic vibrations create an instantly calming and relaxing environment to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. Your body is bathed in these soothing sounds thus the name “Sound Bath.”
The Sound Practitioner may guide you through a series of meditative practices and sound experiences. As you listen to the sound vibrations and feel the energy of the instruments, you can focus your attention on your intention. By setting an intention for your sound bath experience, you can enhance the healing power of the sound and deepen your personal growth., so you can experience the transformative power of sound for yourself towards greater peace, clarity and healing.
