What is Sound Healing?

Forest Bathing & Sound Bath is a calming, restorative experience that blends mindful connection with nature and the soothing vibrations of sound. Offered indoors, or outdoors, this session invites deep relaxation through gentle guidance, nature-inspired elements, and a Sound Bath using resonant instruments such as singing bowls and chimes.

Designed to support nervous system regulations, stress relief, and inner balance, this experience is not about doing– it’s about resting, receiving and reconnecting.

Aromatherapy with mild nature-inspired essential oils may be used to enhance the sensory experience.

What Happens During the Forest Bathing & Sound Bath

Participants lie down or sit comfortably. The Certified Forest & Sound Practitioner gently guides you into a state of mindful connection with nature. Natural elements such as plants, nature sounds and scents help create a sense of immersion, while soothing sound of specific instruments, such as Himilayan bowls, Crystal bowls, Rainstick, Chimes, etc. and even voice to further deepen the experience. The music, tones and mesmerizing sonic vibrations create an instantly calming and relaxing environment to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. Your body is bathed in these soothing sounds thus the name “Sound Bath.”

As you listen to the sound vibrations and feel the energy of the instruments, and the calming scents and sounds of the forest it is an invitation to rest, receive and reconnect– allowing nature & sound to support a sense of grounding, clarity and renewal.
